Boston’s glvsshouse Brings Back “Garage Files Vol. 1”

glvsshouse (@glvsshouse), a quickly rising talent from Boston, is putting work in to prove he is deserving of mainstream attention. The artist with relatable songs was discovered by Pharrell Williams and placed on his I am Other compilation in partnership with SoundCloud. glvsshouse re-released Garage Files Vol. 1 on all platforms Tuesday, August 17th, after popular demand to do so, with a new track included. The EP was originally released exclusively on SoundCloud and Audiomack, where it racked up 100k+ streams in less than a month. 

 

"Massachusetts has really helped establish my sound and craft who I am as a human being, overall. I feel that energy every time I walk into my studio," glvsshouse said. "I know I'm right where I'm supposed to be."

 

The title “Garage Files” honor’s glvsshouse's self-renovated recording studio in Boston, where he works on his music, day in and day out. Garage Files Vol. 1 is the first installment of an EP series that glvsshouse plans to continue to roll out. As the end of 2021 is emerging, glvsshouse is working with a goal of placing himself amongst the top new talent emerging out of Boston, including Bia, Millyz, Cousin Stizz and the rising Donald Grunge.
